Book Description

February 2005
Today’s successful companies deliver superior service to their customers in an effort to nurture the lifetime value of the relationship with that customer. Some companies fail to execute these practices and suffer from devastating customer attrition and anemic growth rates. Customer Magic describes the skills and strategies that will allow your Service or Sales organization to shift the paradigm in today’s demanding service-based customer market.

Regardless of who you are or what you do for a living, each one of us, at some point in our lives, is involved in selling something or serving others. If you interact with people, you will get immense value from the easy-to-use, everyday principles outlined in this book.

At first it may seem foreign to those not involved in the sales profession, but the life lessons articulated in Customer Magic will give you the skills necessary to improve what you do daily, who you are and the way in which you accomplish what you set out to do. In short, we all need to learn the art of salesmanship in order to make our lives more productive and successful.

As you’ll discover while you read, if you want it bad enough, you’ll find a way to make it happen.

5.0 out of 5 stars Jamie Buckley Has "Cracked The Code"., March 12, 2009
This review is from: Customer Magic (Paperback)
Jamie Buckley has "cracked the code!" I also had the good fortune to work with him for several years. He has taken his propensity for excellence and results and has shaped and molded it on paper. Well worth the money (a bargain at twice the price). This guy knows what he is talking about and communicates it to the reader magnificently. I guarantee you will be happy that you purchased this book --it will enrich your business life as well as your personal life.

K. M. (Walnut Creek, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Customer Magic (Hardcover)
I had the good fortune of working for Jamie Buckley for many years in the banking industry. He demonstrated over and over again that he can transform average entry level sales and service teams into focused, driven customer relationship builders. Jamie's insights changed the lives of people that have worked for and with him. Jamie has a keen ability to quickly find out what motivates people and taps into that to help them excel. If you read this book and integrate even a couple of the ideas into your life, you will notice a huge increase in your performance and genuine enthusiasm in both your personal and professional relationships. This book is for everyone who wants to have sparkling and dynamic relationships with people. Read this book, you will be glad you did!
