This book is extremely helpful if you need tips for working in the customer service industry. Very easy to read, not many pages per chapter, lack of color in the book. This book is extremely helpful if you need tips for working in the customer service industry. Very easy to read, not many pages per chapter, lack of color in the book. Phone tips are very helpful especially if you are on the phone with customers a lot. The book gives good insight into what you need to look for in a company to see if they provide good customer service or not. One assignment my class had was to be secret shoppers over the weekend in grocery stores, coffee shops, and gas stations. This book helps raise awareness of how we interact with each other, and tips on how you can provide the best service for your customers.

I purchased this for a college course, and I think I will actually keep this book. It has some great information and I think it could be beneficial to a lot of people. And quality of book is good, came in nice secure packaging, no damage.

I needed the book for a class. It took three weeks to arrive. I had ordered other books at the same time that only took a few days to arrive. The book has stains on over half of the pages which I was not told about before I purchased the book. I would not buy from this buyer again.

It was received in a very timely manner and great shape. I thought it was sent by regular mail, which it might have been, but it was left at my front door. I will check with the post office because I don't care for it to be there when it has been reported that people are taking deliveries.
