Customize Your Career is one of the best books out there written for working professionals looking to move forward in their career. The book has great edutcational content and is written in an entertaining, easy-to-read format. The author, Roz Usheroff, seems to have an incredible grasp of how to develop a professional image and career plan. I enjoyed this book immensely and have recommended it to many friends and colleagues.

I found plenty of interesting and worthwhile advice in Customize Your Career. Roz offers many new insights, including the fact that marketing yourself doesn't end when you get a new job. In fact, that is just the beginning! Everyone must continually market themselves -- based on their skills, knowledge, and special talent -- whithin their companies and their industries. The book would make a good gift for a friend (or for yourself) who is suddenly looking for a new job. A Must Have Book!!

I thought the book was great, with many practical tips and suggestions. Clear and to the point. I saw Roz speak, she was warm, funny and very pragmatic. She most definately was the reason that I tried this book and it was a worth while read. Try it !

I have recommended this book to those who are employed and
unemployed. It is a life lesson for all.
