The customs & traditions of Wales
I never received this book - it was to be a Christmas gift. I'm embarrassed because I told my friend (the prospective recipient) that it was coming. However, I have still never received a response back from AMAZON as to why it says this item was shipped when I never received it. I emailed previously to find out when this was delivered because I received everything...

I never received this book - it was to be a Christmas gift. I'm embarrassed because I told my friend (the prospective recipient) that it was coming. How am I supposed to confirm shipment, delivery, etc. when no one gives me information?
