First, the company who sells these products shipped only one item (not a backorder, they just missed the seoond item. They later shipped the second item after I complained). Next, they charged over $27 for expedited shipping but sent the item first class mail. Fianlly, the products were very cheap in appearance. One item had some words on it but the print was too small to read even with glasses.

I won't be buying anything else from Pugster.

cute little dog.. goes nice on the bracelete.. but maybe a a little much small.. it should be bigger.. it only gets 3 stars cuz i was thinking it was bigger

These charms do fit the Pandora bracelet and are just adorable but you need to place the charm in the middle of your bracelet or buy "clips" to put on either side so it does not slip off. The charm hole is very large and does not screw on to the bracelet.

I gave this bead to my fiancé on Christmas along with a pug shaped bead also from Amazon, but not from this particular company. In under a month the silver plating on this bead was wearing off the feet, nose and tail. The pug bead was just fine, and so were the other silver beads that she has had for over a year. She does wear her bracelet almost every day, so people that wear it less often may not have this problem, or at least won't have it for a while. She does wipe and/or clean the bracelet on a regular basis.

The manufacturer did offer this advice:
"You can maintain our silver plated beads by wiping after wearing to prevent the oils in the skin from wearing away the plating. Makeup and perfume, lotion can also eat away at the plating. If you do not like the sliver plated beads, maybe you like the glass or polymer beads as it doesn't require high maintenance."

The official Pandora beads don't look like any dog that I have ever seen, and I really wanted this bead to work since it looks just like my real dog. It may be suitable for the occasional wear, but it was not suitable for everyday wear and I have seen many silver beads that are.
