(I actually bought this book with a different cover but the patterns are the same.) I have a ton of bootie patterns but I now have a new favorite--the Beautiful Booties pattern in this book. The patterns are clearly written, easy to follow (even for beginners), and I have not found any errors. And the "Sox in a Box" pattern is now the only baby sox pattern I use--perfect as written and easy to customize. I almost didn't buy this book because I really didn't need more bootie/sock patterns but I'm so glad I got it! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys knitting for babies.

cute socks are the fastest and best baby gifts to make. They generally fit all size babies and are gender neutral. The patterns in this book are whimsical and not to difficult for the average knitter. They knit up fast and are definetely originals.

This book had lots of cute socks & bootie ideas for little feet. Many of my friends at knitting group have asked to borrow this book, it has so many fun and quick patterns. You don't have to be an advanced knitter to make most of the socks in this book, but a basic understanding of sock knitting does help.
