This book simply is not as good as Kennedy's previous books Beef It! and Mass!. Maybe it has something to do with the publisher, Perigee Books. Ellington Darden's Super High-Intensity Bodybuilding is from the same publisher and so is Kennedy's Built! (what is it with all the exclamation marks in titles?), and all three suffer from the same problem. Namely, too much space is taken up by the use of large fonts and full-page photos with not enough useful information included. All three books also lack an index.
