For some reason the dvd feature of this program does not show my dvd's with any clarity what so ever. Playback is very choppy, Cyberlinks tech department tells me that my drivers are not up to date. Not true. Also Media show, the program to edit and arrange my photos whould not even launch. Cyberlink tells me again that the proper drivers are not up to date . Again NOT TURE. It seems like with all the bells and whistles they add to all of the programs, the more problems they create on the computer hard drive. I had to do TWO reinstalls of my operating systems. Please fix this problems.If any one knows another software progams with the same features for windows vista basic please advise us poor souls who do not know better

It says it supports AVCHD, but it wouldn't recognize my Sony AVCHD files. It loaded way too much crap that I didn't want (had no choice what to install) and it auto loads several programs on boot up so they're sitting in your sys tray wasting space. I never really did get to use it so I can't say how it works. Since it would not recongize the AVCHD of my Sony, I uninstalled it within a couple of hours and that took almost as long as installing it, since it had installed so many programs. Don't waste your money!
