The UR700RM1U Standby UPS has a compact, innovative design that is perfect for rack mounting, or for use under a desk or monitor. When rack-mounted, the unit only occupies 1U of valuable rack space. Ideal unit for mid-level computer systems, the UR series utilize Microprocessor-based Digital Control, and are also equipped with RJ11/RJ45 ports to protect phone, fax, Ethernet, network, or broadband DSL lines. PowerPanel ¿ Power Management software will automatically save and close open files and shutdown the PC in an intelligent and orderly manner. EMI/RFI filters eliminate line noise and disturbances that may affect other electronic devices throughout the home. This product arrived DOA. Tech support says based on teh serial number, it is NOT new but refurbished. They are replacing the batteries hoping that will fix it. They are suggesting it was sittin on a shelf too long. 1 week to get batteris shipped to me.
