Very soft. Feels very good. Don't have much faith in it having a long life time, but its worth the price. Its open ended, so that allows for larger entries then teeny weeny. Sadly the same can not be said for most others of this type. Still, with all its potential, the item is very tight. You deffinitly need lube, otherwise you'll be moving it and not yourself. Smoothly moving yourself in and out is the key to maximizing the soft ribbing inside.
