the opening is a bit tight but it stretches. The whole extension is a bit floppy. But, it was effective. It reaches deep enough and creates enough girth to enhance the whole experience. My wife really likes it. We have used it 4-5 times. She really only wants it when she is at the top of her cycle because of the additional size. I am about 6.5 so this adds quite a bit. If you can't keep a hard on, you'll have a hard time using this fun tool. If you can stay hard, you'll have a lot of fun with it.

Don't buy this its not worth the money at all! its very limp, not functional, get the thicker one it might work better then this one, But i would have personally preferred buying a extender thats ment to be strapped on better.
