I bought this pc for my son not thinking that $500 would allow much power for video games and i was luckily proven wrong! This PC is AWESOME! It plays all of the demanding games very smoothly, specifically Dirt2----it is like you are watching a tv clip of real-life action than playing a video game.

I bought my other son a Compaq Presario CQ5110F Desktop PC in a similar price range and that pc is complete garbage when trying to play a video game as demanding as dirt2.

this is my second cyberpowerpc and teh first one is still running strong. I would HIGHLY recommend this model for gamers on a budget.

Have had no complaints, son claims its very fast. He uses it for online gaming and is very picky so it must be good!

I ordered my cyberpower computer through amazon because I got free shipping opposed to ordering directly from the site. It was promptly delivered a day after ordering it off amazon, I hooked it up, and the video is no working. Now this is the fist time I have ever received a brand new computer that hasn't worked, and I do understand that these things could happen, but dealing with cyberpower customer service has been a nightmare. It took over three calls to them to get ahold of a representative, when I did, he put me on hold about 10 seperate times. Because i didn't order from the website directly, I don't have a customer number, which i guess is an issue when dealing with them. The representative took down my name, number, and email address, saying that a technician would get in touch with me shortly and that a customer number would emailed to me within the hour. Neither happened. I have tried contacting them several times since then, but all I get is waiting music that after about 3 or 4 minutes turns into a voicemail system.

Needless to say, I will not be shopping with this company again, and if I don't get any help shortly, I will be demanding a refund on this brand new computer that doesn't work.

Received this unit on time and in great packaging. It runs quiet, smooth and perfect right out of the box. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting the best bang for your buck!

I have had my computer for about a week now, and have had no problems. Its a great gaming rig for the money, and it can easily be upgraded.

This review is about CyberPower Pc in general not about a specific system. Purchased a system from them but unfortunately I had a cpu water cooler failure. I Sent an email to support but it went unanswered for days. I sent another email and again no respone so I tried their online support chat. After waiting about 30 min I was finally connected to someone. After about an hour with support I was given three options. Pay an additional $25 for a different water cooler, send in the failed water cooler and wait until they could get a replacement and the last option was to send my whole system in and wait until they could get a replacement. No time frame was given for how long it would take for them to get a replacement. Sorry but telling me I either pay them more money or I have to wait an unspecified amount of time with a none functional pc until they get me a replacement cooler is terrible support.

I bought this machine for general purpose home use, including video, television, programming, and basic browsing and office work. Everything worked great and the machine is pleasantly fast. I love how it boots up in about a minute and shuts down in less than that. The power supply gave out after about 6 months, but Cyberpower replaced it for no charge and I had the experience to install it myself. This isn't that surprising on a machine of this price, and I'd rather have them scrimp on the power supply than on the other stuff. The 9500 video isn't top of the line, but it does what I need. The only game I play is SecondLife and it runs fine.

As computers go this one is really nice. The glowing blue especially looks cool at night. Its way fast and has LOTS of USB ports. It comes with HDMI, DVI, or VGA connectors so that you can hook it up to a nice LCD or LED TV. Did I mention its whisper Quiet. Comes with all necessary documentations and CDs that you will need as the owner of this computer. It is a very well built machine for the price. The mouse provided with my machine did not work however. Thats minor though considering the overall computer. I would advise hooking the sound up to a 5 Speaker Surround Sound system and the video up to a TV that supports 1080p. Overall Awesome product 4/5!!

The peripherals(keyboard) seem a little flimsy and cheap, but the performance of this PC thus far has been outstanding. Runs Win 7, Office 2010, and Sims like a champ.

I have had it for about a week, its fast, but not that fast. It runs most games on high ok. I think this is a good buy.
