Before I get to my review points, I'm rather surprised by low rating of this product. Must have been a heck of a fault on the company's end, but my keyboard arrived functional and well.

1.0 out of 5 stars Piece of trash didnt work right out of the box
I got the board felt cheaply made, certain keys did not work. The customer service is horrible and unresponsive I would not buy ANY product made by Cyber Snipa again. What a 3rd rate operation.

Before I get to my review points, I'm rather surprised by low rating of this product. Must have been a heck of a fault on the company's end, but my keyboard arrived functional and well.

Desc:
- Larger than a standard keyboard with the addition of macro keys on the side and media keys on the top
- Attachable 'wrist-rest'
- Keys click in a muted IBM keyboard way. It's a soft clicking sound
- Replacement keys with various gaming images on them.

Pros:
- Keyboard works (at least for me, apparently)
- Media keys are very large and easy to press
- Search key and Calculator key included with the media keys
- Volume Up/Down keys, Mute Volume key
- Macro Keys
- Macro software is easy to use
- Lights (the Microsoft Wireless 2000 or whatever I was using before didn't have them. Silly Microsoft)

Cons:
- Media keys are very large and somewhat distracting (personal preference)
- Oversized enter key means backslash key is moved, and backspace key is shrunk
- Attachable 'wrist-rest' is kinda hard to detach (worried about breaking it)
- Macro software beeps and flashes messages at me unnecessarily when inputting macro millisecond delays (keeps telling me to insert value above 30ms, even though that's what I'm doing)

I ordered the keyboard several weeks ago, and have to say I like it. It's a significant improvement over my old keyboard, and this -is- a gaming keyboard. It has ten macro keys, and two macro key profiles that you can change with the touch of a button. Hitting the (M) button to the far right of the media button bar switches to macro profile 2, to which you can add even more macro goodness. The macro software is simple and effective, you can choose between binding a single key press, to mouse clicks, to full fledged multi-button macros. You can even have a rotation system set up to cycle through a macro chain, but I haven't messed around with that yet.

The Media Buttons are in a line at the top of the keyboard, getting smaller as you move away from the center. The center button acts as a 'Windows Key Lock' button, and prevents the windows key from bringing up the start menu. Gamers will recognize this as useful, especially for older games, when pressing the windows button will minimize the entire game. There is a Calculator button and a Search button on the media bar as well, providing quick and convenient access to their respective functions. Personally, I wish the media keys were a bit smaller though. Seems to take up unnecessary space.
Also note, the Play button [>] functions as both Pause -and- Play, even though the key only has Play on it. Then there are the volume buttons and the macro button; volume is obvious and I already talked about the macro button; moving on.

The Enter Key. This is my biggest gripe yet on this darned keyboard, which came so close to reaching perfection as a low-cost gaming keyboard. The enter button is over sized, meaning you'll have no trouble at all finding it and pressing it at need.
This also means you'll have a heck of a lotta trouble pressing the Backslash [\] and Backspace [<-] keys! Why?! Why did they have to make the enter key so darn big! It's pointless! Why did they do that! What was their thinking?! We don't do that anymore!
Some gamers, MMO gamers especially maybe, might have issues with it, as backslash is often used in chatting or such, and now it's movement and smallness make it a minor key rather than a medium sized key. And backspace? Why'd they have to shrink that, come on. Did they think gamers don't care about spelling or something, and figured it didn't need to be big enough to garner attention?
Whatever, that's the one major thing I don't like about the keyboard. Let's see what else there is to cover...

Ah, removable keys! So contained in the box is a small plastic bag with about ten gray-colored keys or so. You'll find a few with gun icons (handgun, rifle, sniper rifle, knife), a few with supply icons (ammo), and a few with shapes (an X, Cross, Triangle, and a Circle). Now, here's an issue. I replaced my Backslash [\] key with the Triangle one, just so it'd be easier to find, and I've noticed over the past few weeks that the sensitivity of that key is decreased significantly. I really have to press keep to get it to respond--just tapping it softly like any other key doesn't hit it; same if you press it at a certain angle. I haven't replaced any other keys, so I don't know if this issue is all the other ones, aaaand sorry reader, but I'm not interested in pulling every key off and replacing them one by one just to find out.

Next up: in a dark room, those neon blue lights for capslock, scroll lock, window lock, macro switch, and number lock glow like a radioactive firefly--I put a thin piece of black paper over'em to soften the lighting a little bit at night, otherwise they illuminate the room. The Home, PGUP, PGDN, End, Del, and Ins keys are a little different with their vertical 2x3 stacking rather than the 3x2 row on most keyboards, and might cause a little trouble at first; it's weird having Page Down in the middle of two keys, when your first instinct might be to hit the key that's at the bottom of the section--which in this case is Insert.

Anywho, hope you enjoyed reading this review, and hope it helps you judge whether or not this gaming keyboard is the solution to your keyboard question. There ain't really much else I can think of saying, so I'll just say cheers, and happy gaming!

Just wanted to help combat the low rating. Look up reviews on google if you don't believe me, but this is a solid keyboard for gaming for the price. (I got it at $25) Plenty of macro keys for all but the most hardcore gamer who's going to spend more anyway, nonconfusing software, and a nice solid feel. If you're looking for a solid budget gaming keyboard without all the fluff, the price is right on this one.
