This set comes with four syringes of gel, each containing six days of treatment, and squeezes onto your sonic toothbrush just like toothpaste. This stuff is pretty amazing. First and for most it does not bother my sensitive teeth. You can see the tarter come off as you brush, and my teeth get whiter with each use.

The bleaching gel is fantastic!!! However, each syringe has a huge air bubble that does NOT allow you to get 6 treatments. You can possibly get 3-4 treatments per syringe. Highly disappointed!!!

Each of the little syringes has a VERY big air bubble in it that cuts the contents down by about 40% - what a cheap trick!
