I owned both Cybersonic 2 and Cybersonic 1 versions. I have to say that it is a pretty revolutionary toothbrush. Very easy to use and cleans exccellent without a doubt. The only problem is the battery! It usually dies very fast and cannot be replaced. Fast means even in few weeks. I followed all charging instructions, yet had no luck. This is not a single case, even a replacement toothbrush from "Bed Bath & Beyond" had the same problem. I've had 3 of these, but I finally got the clue! My recommendation to you is stay away from this product, it is probably a waste of your money. Moreover, Amden Corp. which is the manufacturer of this product is known for their horrible attitude and customer service. They were reported to the Better Business Bureau by hundreds of unsatisfied consumers.

I have been using Cybersonic for the last 2 years and havn't had to buy another toothbrush since. It's a great product if you're really into getting a good clean brush. The small heads allow you to clean better in the back where it's usually hard to reach. I saw that amazon had the same product and wanted to update my system, a new brush as well as new heads. So overall it's a great product.

I have used this toothbrush for last three years and it does a great job if it is working and if you can get replacemant heads. I ordered from an info-commercial and will never do that again. Was suppose to get free lifetime brush replacements which was very difficult to do. Only received additional brush heads as promised after contacting the company numerous times. After that they were suppose to ship every six months, never happened!

Then the toothbrush stopped working. Do not know about anyone else but I expected it to last after paying over $100.00 for it.

Since I had extra brush heads I bought another unit. It lasted for a little over three months then stopped working. Contacted the company directly and again started getting the run around. I decided it was not worth the aggrevation in trying to get my money back or a replacement so I am now looking at sonicare and oral-B. A product is only as good as its customer service and my experience with Cybersonic definitly left a lot to be desired. For that reason I would not recommend this toothbrush to anyone.

this is my second purchase of this machine. it is very well and the bristles on the head have a medium feel to them. it charges easily through the base and its waterproof.

the issue with dealing with the company when the toothbrush stops working you send it back in for 35 bucks. i was about to do that when i seen the toothbrush on sale here at amazon for 27 dollars. so i got it at a lower price. i got good customer service and i have enough heads to last me for a good while having 2 machines with extra parts. so i say buy it. its either that or your old spread bristle head manual toothbrush... good luck on your decision. i hope my opinion was helpful

I still had my original Cybersonic Oral Care System that I bought over 10 years ago but I have purchases several more ever since. They make great Christmas and birthday gifts @ reasonable prices. I bought them for my parents, my in-laws, my sons, and my brothers & sisters. I've tried others in between but have decided to stay with this system because of the quality of the product, the ease for using and caring, the cost, and the service. If you read & follow the instructions on the use & care for the system, then you shouldn't have any problem with it. My father in-law did not follow the instructions to start and had some problems with his set, however, the manufacture mailed him a replacement at no cost to him and it has been working well for him since then.

I've owned this toothbrush for 4 years and it is truly the best. Its small round head with soft bristles is comfortable to use and gets into tight spots. My dentist says my gums are in superb condition and I haven't had a cavity since I started using this brush. I haven't had a single problem with the mechanics and it's great!!!!!

I was very anxious to purchase this product because the reviews were positive but having received it just yesterday and tried (I repeat) tried to use it, I gave up. I must say that it is a total waste of money. This toothbrush does not clean at all as advertised and dies out very quickly. I used it once and was so disappointed, I wanted to return it immediately, but Amazon does not accept returns of this item, a safe practice of course but again I am so disappointed at the outcome. This product will sit in a closet somewhere or in the trash. DONT waste your hard-earned cash on this product.

The size,the performance and handling are the best on market. The problem is with the on/off push button. The first one I had lasted 6 weeks before the on button stuck in the "On" position and ran out and wouldn't work again.

I went through a lot of time and hassle before they replaced it. They lost the first one I sent back so it took two months to get the replacement. The replacement they sent me lasted over a year before the same thing happened again.

This is disappointing. I am going to send this one off like the other one, maybe things will go better this time.

I have had a couple of these over the years. We recently switch to an Oral-B system. It was great quality, but it was hard on my gums and started to make them very sensitive. I think it just scrubs too hard. I returned to Cybersonic and the sensitivity is gone and I just love it.

OK... Normally I do not order products from infomercials. They just remind me of Ron Popiel and that's not a good thing!

BUT... Cybersonic, as seen on TV and developed by a dentist is truly a great product! I have used Cybersonic for the past 4 years and have just purchased my second system through Amazon at a GREAT PRICE!

Among the many accessory attachments, the system includes a sonic tongue cleaner to get rid of bad breath at the most common source of which I use regularly and the sonic flosser which is the least of my favorite options as it isn't that great and kind of a pain in the 'tocks to thread and use.

This system also comes with Sonic White, a revolutionary bleaching gel that goes on just like toothpaste. I have to warn that it tastes terrible but really works! Overall, I am very pleased with Cybersonic and you will be too!
