A must have for any Cybill fan. Her rendition of "That's Life" blows me away. This CD contains songs performed on Cybill's sitcom and brings back great memories of what a hilariously funny show it was.

Cybill does it again: this is the most creative, versatile and funny album I know. Very entertaining, it stands on its own and lifts your spirits. Moreover, the music is a great tribute to the Cybill Show. Recomendable not only for all fans of Cybill but also for those of great music!

Play this and reminisce on Cybill: The Sitcom, as this is the soundtrack to her popular U.S television show with songs and classic soundbites included.

With lots of strong & varied styles the whole CD gels together beautifully giving you an 18 track delight to enjoy over and over which is exactly what I have done since getting this.

It's hard to have favourites as Cybill sings a long list of classic songs but the shows signature tune NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT is a polished piece of perfection, with AIN'T IT FUNNY HOW TIME SLIPS AWAY being fun, SECRET LOVE is a slick swingy make-over of the Doris Day hit, as for Sinatra's THAT'S LIFE I have waited for this one since she performed it live on U.K television, RESPECT is high with attitude. As for Cybill's self penned tear jerker TALK MEMPHIS TO ME it is an absolute stunner, don't confuse this new gospel version to the one cut for her 1998 album.

I loved Cybill when she did this show, love the reruns on Lifetime. Her voice made me buy this cd yet I was disappointed. Not with her singing she does have a nice voice, but it wasn't what I expected. Had I known it was a minute song or two minute or what I purchased I wouldn't have bought it. I thought it would have her singing with Tony Bennett "Nice work if you can get it" not commercials she did on the show which were cute then but not on an album. Cybill I have bought your other cd's after purchasing this and the other albums show your range, this one wasn't worth the money except for one song, Doris Day had sung
"Secret Love"

I've been a fan of Cybill Shepherd for years and purchased this CD as I enjoyed many of the tunes featured in the Cybill show.

Cybill's sense of humour shines through in many of the tracks and I've already found myself singing 'eat it by the buck buck bucket!!!' while sitting at my desk.

The inlay for the CD is also an interesting read and explains the unique version of 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun' included on this CD (buy it, listen to it, read it and you will see what I mean!!!)

Definitely recommended for any Cybill fan.

Cybill does it again! A superior follow up to her CD "Talk Memphis To Me". Cybill shows her comedic side when she sings"Girls Just Want To Have Fun" and her sultry side when she sings "One Boy" A must CD for fans of her show!

This is a album that all fans should have, because it's excellent and very funny (toasted chickies, Granny's snack cakes)and the superb talk Memphis to me. You won't regret it!!!

What a way to go into the NEW millennium with a permanent reminder of how good Cybill was in the last ! This is the Soundtrack to her World-wide Hit TV Show 'Cybill' and to me it is the ultimate follow up to her Pop Album 'SOMEWHERE DOWN THE ROAD'. With a lot of strong & varied sounds for her very versatile vocals, it all gels together giving you this 18 track delight to enjoy over and over and yes that is exactly what I have done since getting this CD !!! It's hard to have favourites but her signature tune NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT is a polished piece of perfection, with FUNNY HOW TIME SLIPS AWAY being a good laid-back conversational ballad, SECRET LOVE is a slick swingy make-over of Doris Day's No.1 Song, as for Sinatra's THAT'S LIFE I have waited for this one since she performed it on U.K TV, RESPECT is rocking and as for her self penned tear jerker TALK MEMPHIS TO ME it is a beautiful acoustic/gospel version differing from the one cut for her last 1998 CD !

This "soundtrack" if you will is such a wonderful remembrance of this fun short-lived sitcom starring Cybill Shepherd. I love the fact that they added the little commercials that her character "Cybill Sheridan" made to makes ends meet, throughout this CD. I can visualize each and everyone as I hear them again and occasionally find myself laughing out loud at work much to my co-workers surprise I'm sure! If you were/are a fan of this great sitcom (currently shown on the Oxygen channel by the way) you will enjoy every song on this CD. I highly recommend this to buyers. P.S. I don't know if "Talk Memphis to Me" ever became the "theme song" for Tennessee but if it hasn't it certainly should be, it's absolutely beautiful like the singer herself.
