Book Description

Teen Titans
Teen Titans: five teenage superheroes fighting for truth, justice, and the last slice of pizza!

Teen Titans: Five teenage superheroes, battling evil and fighting over whose turn it is to do the dishes.

When a villain breaks into a maximum security prison, the Teen Titans know that something is up. Unfortunately, Robin and Cyborg are too busy arguing to focus on the case. In fact, Cyborg quits the team. Now the Teen Titans are down to four members and things look bad. They have to battle a creature named Plasmus--a gigantic oozing menace who can split into multiple "splinters." Just as it looks like the team may be out of luck, Cyborg rejoins them and they manage to capture Plasmus.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's good to be young and kick butt!, May 12, 2005
This review is from: Teen Titans: Blackfire (Paperback)
Teen Titans is all about fun, adventure, growing up with a group of buddies and searching the disasterous livingroom for the remote control! This delightful series is not the typical tights-and-cape comic-book based cartoon series. It's about getting along with others, about accepting people as they are, no matter how different they are from you. It's also about owning up to responsibility and this series speaks loudly about such matters. Thumbs up for a series that speaks boldly and colorfully on many issues and makes the journey FUN!

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Teen Titans: Blackfire (Paperback)
When I first purchased this book at Borders, I was super excited that they are making books. When I read it though, my expectations dropped severely. It is a waste of paper and simply cheaper to view on TV or on DVD. The writing style is very easy, practically a harder version of Henry and Mudge. It's just the episode in paper. Please do not buy thinking it is a whole new thing. I was disappointed. But of course, if you prefer reading, do not hesitate and buy it.
