Organized by the events of the cycling season, the book starts with Milan-San Remo and ends with Wielrennen Zolder. An illustrated results section lists top finishers for every European road race and includes racer and team stats. The ten World Cup classics, the three big European tours - the Giro d'Italia, the Tour de France, and the Vuelta a Espana - the World Road Championships, along with other important races that form the nine-month cycling season each year are all covered. 2003 Cycling Annual is produced with the endorsement of the International Cyclists Union in Italy.

GRAHAM WATSON, renowned for his stunning views of competitive cycling, is the sport's premier photographer. He has produced several volumes of his gorgeous photographs, including 20 Years of Cycling Photography.
Roberto Bettini and Graham Watson are two of cycling's foremost photographers. They live in Italy and England respectively. Pier Bergonzi is the cycling editor for La Gazetta dello Sport in Italy.
