Like Most iPod FM Transmitters...,

This review is from: Cygnett GrooveSafari FM Transmitter for iPod and iPhone (Electronics)
The device itself functions nicely and is nice and compact. Unfortunately it is just as bad as the rest of the FM transmitters out there. Can only provide a static laden signal most of the time and on occasion an intermittent clear signal. I don't know how most of these transmitters make it into production. Only one I have found to provide listenable (most of the time) quality is the 12v recharger/FM transmitter by Kensington. ANd it is too old to support the iPhones.

The Cygnett GrooveSafari works well with Iphone as an in the car transmitter. However, the signal is distorted if the transmitter is over 2 feet from the radio. Also, the lighted tuning display looks cool, but tuning in the station is cumbersome - the arrows either move too slow or too fast when finding the station.
