Having purchased the Cynthia Hart calendar for many years, I can only say that each year is a new treat! Her way of creating the monthly collage of Victoriana makes the calendar a joy to view no matter what the month is. In recent years she has added extras that are included with the calendar, a small yearly calendar, post cards and a special day book, all delightful!

5.0 out of 5 stars A winner once more, December 8, 2005

Ms Hart's calendar has been my fav over the past 12 years. As always, this is so much more than just a wall calendar with beautiful Victorian pictures.

*There is a Day Book that fits into a lot of day planners or purses. Since it just lists the days, I use it for a "birthday/special days" book. I also give extras as gifts to those I know enjoy Victorian era items.

*Then there is a standup calendar showing the entire year at once. I always kept that at my work station. I receive many compliments throughout the year on how unique it is.

*If that were not enough, included are four postcards that are suitable for framing, if you choose to not mail them.

If you like Victorian, should you buy this, you will get one year after year. Most likely you'll want one for yourself and another to give as a gift to your Victorian lover or Cynthia Hart fan friends. I can't recommend it enough. I save mine each year and use the lovely photographs for crafts such as altered items or frame and have given some as gifts.

As in past years, Ms Hart has another hit with this lovely gift packaged calendar.

5.0 out of 5 stars I order my Victoriana calendar every fall, May 14, 2008
This review is from: Cynthia Hart's Victoriana Calendar 2008 (Calendar)
A gorgeous Victoriana calendar has hung in my kitchen every year since 1988. Each month's "picture page" is loaded with "antique paper items" that extend on to the page with the calendar itself. A theme appropriate to the season is presented every month with moms and babies in May and Santa and all the trimmings featured in December and so on. This year (2008) I was a little disappointed they don't have a Halloween theme for October (children is the focus) but I do especially like November which features both fruit and dogs. The major Christian and Jewish holidays are all marked as well as secular celebrations in the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Australia as well as the U.S. A date book, some greeting cards and a small desk calendar have been included the last few years and while nice some new choices for us annual buyers would be appreciated as these extra items have been the same for awhile. I also would enjoy seeing the phases of the moon marked on the calendar though I do have other sources for that. The Victoriana calendar is also very recyclable in crafts and activities. I'm a teacher and I just used some of my old ones with my students to make lovely Mother's Day cards.
