FANTASTIC product ! ! I just wish there were 10 stars to rate this instead of just five. The swing was delivered FREE in only 4 days after I ordered it in excellent condition. Everything you would need to put together and hang the swing was included. My only wish is that the instructions and illustrations had been a little more precise and easy to see and understand. But this is a GREAT company and I will order from them anytime.

Delivery on this swing was quick and efficient. There was some damage from FEDEX. I contacted the seller and he quickly send a replacement part which I received in two days. This is a quality swing with top notch hardware and sturdy construction. Combined with the quality construction and great customer service, you can't go wrong with this purchase.

I got this swing in good condition and assembled it quickly. The instructions were not easy, but you can follow them if you read them carefully. Anyone can assemble this product and the seller is responsive. All in all, I plan to enjoy this swing very much.

Be prepared to drill some holes. While the overall design and construction of the swing is very good, ours came with defects. The bolt hole in the back brace for attaching the right armrest was missing. Also at the left bottom where the back and seat sections bolt together (2 bolts), one of the bolt holes on the seat section was drilled in the wrong place. My husband drilled the needed holes and assembly went well after that. I do have a concern about the wood used. While cypress is insect and decay resistant, the cypress wood used on the swing is very light as opposed to the cypress I'm used to seeing, which is typically heavier with higher resin content. Not sure how well this will last in our installation which is uncovered out in the open.

I pruchased two swings. They arrived much sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The packaging could not be better. These swings are top quality in every way. The workmanship is excellent. The seller is responsive to e-mails and phone calls, and willing to do whatever is necessary to satisfy the buyer. Don't hesitate to buy from this seller.

This swing is very impressive. It is well constructed, strong, and easy to assemble and also, it is beautiful. The seller not only has provided an excellent product at a reasonable price, but the shipping and receiving time was excellent.

We ordered the swing on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday at 2pm. We were swinging on it by 3pm. I will do business with this company again, the quality in the swing is very good, there were no unpleasant surprises, and their goal is to please their customers. Job well done.
