This is one of the most pleasantly textured salts I've ever tasted. It has such a wonderful tooth crunch...adds a lot to things like mashed potatoes or even mac and cheese! Pleasant salty flavor too, but this one is really about those wonderful big crunchy flakes

This is a very dramatic sea salt! It looks like little black pyramids and I use it on everything I want to make a statement with- sprinkle on top of baked potatoes, nice touch on almost any pasta! It has food grade activated charcoal that makes it black- really good for you! Lower in sodium than table salt, too! Try it.
