I have suffered with IC for years. Found this product on the IC network and ordered through Farr Labs. I could not locate this product in stores. I take 1 daily at bedtime and it has helped me tremendously with pain and urgency. If I have a flare up I increase the dosage as needed. I highly recommend Cysta Q.

I have had IC for about 11 years and have tried many products and this is the only thing that makes me feel like i don't even have this condition. It is well worth the money and i highly recommend it. It has given me so much relief and i feel normal again!

My 102 year old father was recently diagnosed with bladder cystitis. I searched for a "natural" supplement he could take that wouldn't interfere with his medications. He says this has helped and he is complaining less, so I think it's worth a try. Not cheap though.........considering.

Every so often I have painful urination that won't go away makes me irritable and unhappy. I don't want to exercise or anything. I think what triggers my pain is too much caffine and too little water and maybe chocolate too. When I take the Cysta Q and back off the caffine, my symptoms vastly improve. I recently had a flair up and could not find my bottle and started to freak out. I do not know what I would do without it. Thank goodness for this product!!!!

WOW!! My doctors all threw their hands up after I didn't tolerate the bladder treatments and Elmiron, and basically told me I was on my own! I came across the IC network on the internet, and found Cysta-Q. Within a few days I noticed a dramatic difference, and now I can't live without this product! Well worth the money, and if you do the autoshipment through Farr Labs, you'll save a percentage, as well as get free shipping! I muscle tested for dosing, and was taking 2 capsules 3x/day at first (which is more than recommended), now down to 1 capsule 2x/day. When I drink a coke or coffee, or when travelling (and not drinking enough water), I supplement with an extra one for the next 2 doses...works for me!

I had been sick for almost 6 months ~ multiple doctors and myself thought the "tummy ache" was caused by the digestive system. After thousands of $ in tests, I went to my urologist. After a very thorough exam, I was diagnosed with a bladder infection, kidney stones and cysts on the other kidney. After an antibiotic and after "shock wave" out-patient treatment for the stones, I felt well for about 24 hours. Then the "tummy ache" returned. I was then diagnoised with intersitial cystitis and given a sample bottle of Cysta-Q. It took a few days but after buying a full 60 tab bottle, all symptoms were relieved. I now take 1 capsule once a day just about the '24-hr. mark' from the last one ~ and I seem to go about my day with no pain. Having survived 4 brain surgeries almost 15 yrs ago, I was very suspect about a non-Rx solution (back then I had many "helpful" suggestions of supplements during the 9 mos. prior to the brain surgery diagnosis, none worked.)BUT! This truly seems to be worth the money and has been effective for me.

Made me nauseous at times. Otherwise no problems. Did not notice any positive effects. May need more time. Will try agin when I go off Elmiron.

I have suffered from IC for over 10 years. My approach has mostly been natural, and so I have tried to control my symtoms through diet. My latest flare, which has lasted about eight months, has been persistent despite drastic diet changes. I ordered the free trial and while I am not sure whether the Cysta-Q is helping, it certainly is not hurting, and I haven't been getting worse. So it's hard to say, but I think it's worth a shot and I ordered another 60-day supply to see if I continue to feel better. The website says that if after three months you do not see an improvement, the product is probably not working for you.

As follow-up to my original review, I would like to say I am doing very well. I have been using Cysta-Q daily (2 capsules) for about three months and I am feeling great with long intervals between bathroom visits and more restful nights. I've also been taking Serrapeptase and decided to go back on Wellbutrin (which calms the nervouse system). Who is to say what of these things has been most helpful, maybe the combination of them all, but I am ordering more Cysta-Q just in case! I have had no side affects whatsoever on the daily recommended dosage, and would consider taking larger doses if my bladder starts to flare again.

I searched the internet and found this was a good price for this product and if you have Amazon Prime it's really a good deal. My order of Cysta-Q arrived earlier than expected which was a relief since I have Interstitial Cystitis and I was in a horrible flair. Those of you who have this disease know what I'm talking about!!! I began to feel some relief after taking this product for about 2 days, it is helful and natural and I like that. I hope to be able to get off all these meds I take for IC, I hope to be able to treat my IC naturally someday.

I did not realize when I ordered it that this product contains gelatin, making it unsuitable for my diet.
