Mixes very easily with water or with milk.

I was hesitant to try the Light version, because normally "light" anything has that sickingly sweet fake sugar taste to it.

Muscle Milk Light is great, especially the Cookies n' Cream flavor.

I love cooking with Protein, and I love the flavors I can find on Amazon cheaper. I haven't found a better deal for the Muscle Milk Light than on the Amazon Subscription. Muscle Milk light is geared towards women, but the regular muscle Milk can be used just the same just use half the serving suggestion.

You can make a world of things out of protein powder. Not just protein shakes.

Protein Mug Cake, Protein Fluff, Protein Yogurt, Protein Cottage Cheese, Protein Crepes, Protein Reeses, the list can go on and on.

Muscle Milk Light is great, especially the Cookies n' Cream flavor. I've been using it for years and I love it. It's a little pricey here though. I go to [...] for my stuff. Everything there is way cheaper.

I've been drinking shakes daily for more than a decade. More than once I've made the mistake of trying what was inexpensive at the time. MuscleMilk is well known to be one of the best. This is a really good flavor. I wish they weren't all candy though... I would kill for Cheetos flavor!

Its not the cake batter one, that one is my favorite. Was hoping for the same flavor and quality that the cake batter has. Don't get me wrong, the cookie and cream still has Muscle Milk quality its just the taste that I think is lacking. Maybe its because I went with the Light.

if you are gluten intolerant or a Celiac, this particular flavor of muscle milk is not gluten free. It does not specify on the bottle so i had to do further reseach. This is one of 3 flavors that is not gluten free.

It still tasted delicious but I was wondering why i was tired after working out and drinking this shake. if you are in fact gluten intolerant, stick to the generic flavors.

It is still a great product.

i thought i was going to hate the flavour as i hate the cookies and creme ice-cream, but this was delicious. it is great and i lost 8 lbs doing a liquid diet with this shake before surgery. i highly recommend this brand as the sugar is only 1 grams and that is key in losing the weight and the protein amount is great keeps you full

I was sort of expecting the powder mix to taste at least something like the pre-packaged drinks. Boy, I was sadly mistaken. Yuck!

I've been a fan of muscle milk for a few years now, but I've always picked up the individual cartons to drink post-workout. I decided I wanted to buy some of the powder version so I can save myself some money, and mix it up anytime I need. I was hesitant to try the Light version, because normally "light" anything has that sickingly sweet fake sugar taste to it. I took a chance though, and am pleasantly surprised at how good this tastes mixed either with water or milk. That's another point that makes me happy - I can mix it with water! I have the Metabolic Reset shake powder mix that you can supposedly mix with water, but it tastes HORRIBLE - I can only mix it with milk to make it bearable for me to drink. I'm so happy that I can make this literally on the go whenever I want to - I just keep a scoop or two of the powder in my mini blender bottle, and when I'm ready to drink it I just fill it up with water and shake. So easy! As with MOST shake mixes, the powder has a bit of grittiness to it, but I actually really like it. I enjoy having some texture in my shake, and MM dissolves a lot smoother than other mixes I've tried (the grittiness is barely there). I want to try this in a blender with ice and a banana next, I bet it will taste yummy. And one last thing - Cookies n'cream is BY FAR my favorite flavor of MM.

(I haven't compared Light to the regular version of MM Cookies N'Cream powder, so I can't say which is better at this point, but I do plan to and I will update this review once I've done that.)
