I actually just started taking the Xenadrine Xtreme yesterday, so maybe this is a bit premature, but I wanted to share with you all the side effects. Please excuse the "too much information"! I'm only saying it for your benefit! Haha.

The first day I took it at 8 a.m. By 8:30 I was extremely alert and hyper. I also felt like I was going to have a panic attack, but that feeling soon wore off. I went to the bathroom (number 2) 4 times in 3 hours. I took another at 1. By this time, the hyperness had worn off, and for the rest of the night I felt no effects. However, around 7 p.m. I become INCREDIBLY hungry.

Today, I took one at 8 a.m. again, and again, I became insatiably hungry, wanting to eat more than I ever had before. I took another at 1:30 or so, and continued being hungry, even though I ate a full lunch and had snacked at work. It is 7 p.m. now and I am STARVING, again. I am no more awake than I was when I first got up this morning, and I felt intermittently nervous all day long.

I don't see myself losing any weight when I want to eat far more, and far "junkier" than I did off this pill. All I am craving are carbs and candy, neither of which I "binged" on before this pill. Maybe that means it's burning off the energy and my body wants to replace it?

Perhaps in a few days it will start working as promoted. But again, I am starving like **** and intermittently get anxious. I am also pretty tired.

Just for a point of reference, I am female, 5'3" and 154 lbs. My goal is 135 lbs.

Really cut my cravings down and I had lots of energy. I lost about 20lbs with this. I then decided to try something else and lets say I am back to ordering another bottle because this works well. Does make you kinda hyper so I only take in the morning and lunch otherwise I would be up all day and night

I began taking this because other diet pills and appetite suppressants made me jittery and shaky and still didn't really control my hunger. When I first tried it, this one still made me a little jittery but not as bad and my body started to acclimate to it unlike the other I tried ( I only tried one other type: GNC brand) I notice I will feel warm like my body temperature rises when I take this so I really believe my metabolism is increasing. I will take it when going to work out but only one pill because I don't want to overwork my heart.

I have used Xendradrine for quick weight loss for years, so when they created one for women I was so excited. Wrong! It made me have cramps and I actually vomited, and I hadn't done that in years. It made me have the bowel problems and I lost little weight. I will never use these again and they are now where they belong. The trash!!!!

I read a couple reviews stating that this product made someone sleepy and wanting to eat more. The first day I took it, according to the directions, and it had the same effect on me. But the second day I took it, I actually forgot to eat when I was supposed to and that's when I starting feeling it work. My energy level was up, I wasn't hungry at all and I wanted to drink lots and lots of water. I feel it's working better for me this way. I started taking it after I eat a little and I think it's working fine!

Bought this item with high hopes but it let me down. I would have at least liked to get some extra energy from it but I didn't even get that.

I don't know how this product is yet because i still haven't received it!!! I ordered it on June 17th & it is now June 30th...kinda disappointed! :(

This product was bought for my wife. The first week that she took this product she was itchy and had a slight reaction to the sesame oil. After that though she was fine. She was also up pretty late at night though.

Product doesn't bother me to take 1 pill but to bump to the 2 pills that you are to up yourself to is NOT good! A pill that is supposed to decrease appetite and increase energy insteads makes you very sleepy and gives you the munchies! I thought it was just me but others i have talked to said the same thing. Also, when i opened the bottle upon receiving from shipment, 10 of the capsules had been smashed inside the bottle resulting in a very LARGE mess, considering the material inside the pills is more of a liquid matter. The only compensation that was offered to me was a refund and a reshipment, but since i had waited for the pills for almost two weeks by the time i received them, i didn't want to go about this manner so i just sucked it up and ate the loss of the 10 pills and hand wiped all of the remaining 110 capsules and the bottle!
