This is a great resource to get started with your cytokine response analysis.
It covers a lot of the basics with some cartoons for the novice. There are specific bioassays for almost all cytokines and some chemokines, but if you want to get some real cutting-edge work done, you may end up reading more up to date literature (the latest edition was printed in 2001). All in all, a great resource to have and well worth the money. |
