The Guild of the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library in Cedar Rapids, Iowa has collected the kolache and sweet treat recipes. They have assisted in producing two other cookbooks in this stocking stuffer series 3-1/2x5-1/2" card-file size books. They are Quality Dumpling Recipes and Czech Mushroom Recipes.

Just got this book, so can't vouch for the recipes yet, but the book is well designed, with excellent directions for each recipe. Looks like we'll be having some good Czech and Slovak food! Definitely worth the $7.95 I paid.
