Swashbuckling military history,

This review is from: D-Day Commando: From Normandy to the Maas with 48 Royal Marine Commando (Paperback)
D-Day Commando is an immensely enjoyable account of the British 48 Marine Commando unit of D-Day. It provides detailed first-hand accounts, by way of photographs and a plethora of interview snippets, of the major battles fought by this elite unit on and following D-Day. The many maps are superb additions to the conversational battle descriptions. A swashbuckling account of some very brave and audacious yet humble gents. A great addition to any library of unconventional warfare history.
