Product Description
The Web Smart DES-1226G is equipped with 24 10/100BASE-TX ports and 2 combo 10/100/1000BASE-T/SFP (mini-GBIC) ports for flexible copper/fiber Gigabit connection. It provides 802.1Q VLANs, priority queuing, port trunking for mission-critical data such as voice or video. It also supports port mirroring and supplies basic port statistics to facilitate network administration and monitoring. The switch can be accessed remotely as it has a web-based interface, and its configuration is protected via password access. Included is an auto-discovery utility that automatically finds all the Web Smart switches in the network. Overall, it is an effective solution for today's small and medium businesses workgroup applications.
