Well, it does setup easily with the cd. It does get good signal on the 2.5ghz band. It does help with the double Nat issue on XBOX 360. It DOES NOT have good 5ghz signal like many have said. I updated to the beta version of the newest firmware 2.0.3, it does help a little. Especially with the dropped signal on the 5ghz. It DOES NOT help with the poor signal however. Mine does not need to be rebooted like some say in order to get signal or keep it, mine has good 2.5ghz signal( I live in a brick one story home though). Also, the cord that comes with it is very cheap/... it broke within a minute of me trying to plug it in. the inside of the adapter was bent ??? What the heck? I grabbed an old one laying around as I needed this to fix my double nat issue on my xboxs that weekend so my wife and I could play BF4!! I did not have time to send back just to get replacement due to the faulty cord. There you have it folks, my experience with this router. It is a pretty solid router, they just need to make better cords and address the 5ghz issue and it would be the best deal on the market for your money.

extra note: mine did come with a serial number to register it for 30 day warranty and you your device HAS to support the new 5ghz band in order to connect like it. For example, the new ipads and iPhone 5 and 5s has dual band network adapters and can see the 5ghz. I am connected right now.
