Firewall support is not like like D-Link Advertises,
By A Customer
This review is from: D-Link DI-707P Cable/DSL Router, 7-Port Switch, Print Server (Personal Computers)
All the features work well and are a breeze to setup, except one. This router does all the things you would expect it to in a very stable manner, except one. If you check the D-Link Web site for the manual of this exact router model. You will find some rather nice firewall features (My whole reason for getting this router actually). When you set up the router, you will find that there is no firewall button. It absolutely does not exist. The manual has an actual screen shot of the setup screen with a firewall button in plain view and it details how to use the firewall, but the product came with no such option. I am very disappointed, and feel very mislead.

Great....when working,
By
This review is from: D-Link DI-707P Cable/DSL Router, 7-Port Switch, Print Server (Personal Computers)
This router has been nothing but frustration; I bought it because I thought the idea of two computers sharing a printer through one router was a great idea; and it is....a great idea that is. I have to reboot the router at least once a week, frequently not having access to the internet and/or printer. Frequently I get LAN errors; when I bypass the router everything works great. The reset button doesn't do anything that I am aware of; I mistakenly threw out the box so I think I am stuck with it.
When this router is working, everything is great; but when it isn't you can count on spending at least an hour getting everything set up again. I am very disappointed; this is my first router/print server combo and I had high hopes of smooth sailing.

Not the right device for Multifunction printers,
By
This review is from: D-Link DI-707P Cable/DSL Router, 7-Port Switch, Print Server (Personal Computers)
Not much surprise here, it doesn't support any multifunction options, but it does what it's supposed to otherwise do.I have returned this for a USB Server by Keyspan. It allows ANY USB device to be shared on a network (as if it were plugged direclty into any PC). See my Amazon review. It is the ONLY answer to multifunction sharing.
