Very good hydration pack, it has lots of space and all stuff is kept organized inside the pockets.
I usually go to the gym by bike, and I take in the pack one pair of snickers, one short, one shirt, one towell, cell phone, wallet, etc and it fits well inside.
Its is comfortable and keeps stable even on bump rides.

Ive had this bag for 5 years now, but a buddy bought this years model. The internal Pockets haven't changed. About the bladder, replace it. The One mine came with burst after an unfortunate run in with an SUV, and i bought a CamelBack Omega bladder, thing rules. Also, this bag will do anything from a commute to a weekend tour...If you pack light, and if you don't need armor. yes, you wont have you're full sized MSR or TRANGIA, but you can put a tent in the armor straps, with a bag wrapped in it. Or the bag can go into the Helmet part. All in all, this bag is quite possibly the MOST versatile pack I've owned

This bag does it all. You can carry all your tools and more. This bag makes your load feel light. I have ridden numerous tours with the Dakine Nomad and now find myself ignoring all my other bags. The backpack fits comfortable and vents well. I am looking at getting other colr choices. This bag is highly recommended.

Bag is not super large, will fit enough stuff for the day, or possibly a change of clothes for the gym. Don't expect it to fit enough stuff for a weekend.
Plenty of pockets though for whatever you need.
The back pad has some stiffness to it so it sits partially raised from your back to provide more airflow.

I got this for my son for Christmas. He is an down hill mountain biker who needed a new multi purpose pack for his biking trips. He absoultly loves the pack and has already used it a few times. It is lightweight, comfortable, and has just enough space. It is designed perfectly for the intended purpose. And he would highly recommend this pack for anyone who rides gravity mountain bikes.

I bough mine about a year ago and the pack is great - the nalgene aquaguard leaks like crazy at the swivel joint. Since the primary purpose of this is to carry water it cannot be recommended.
