5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST Books ever!!
I'm an avid reader and have read many books, but no books have rocked my world as the Final Friends series by Christopher Pike has. 2.0 out of 5 stars A tad better than the last but still ehhh...
After reading the first one I was hoping that "The Dance" would pick up with a bit more mystery, action, plot... Anything at all! This series goes absolutely no where until the last 20 pages of each book! The rest is worthless and boring filler that is completely irrelevant to the story line!

Granted this one was a bit better than the last but all the deaths...

I'm an avid reader and have read many books, but no books have rocked my world as the Final Friends series by Christopher Pike has. The cover of the books makes them look old fashioned and cheesy, but once I started reading there was no putting the book down. They were so good that I got my mother to read them too and she enjoyed the books as much as I did. What makes the Final Friends Series so good are its fascinating characters(you'll never guess who forms friendships)and the tying relationship between them all, as well as the entire MYSTERY. When reading the first book I NEVER expected what was going to happen in the third book, but unless you read all three you won't understand the entire picture(who did it and why). So if you want to be swept into a world of frienship, murder, jealousy, and a WHOLE LOT of Mystery, then Christopher Pike's (Final Friends)The Party, The Dance, and The Graduation, is definitely for you!!

This review is from: The DANCE FINAL FRIENDS 2 (Mass Market Paperback)
I read this entire trilogy word for word. I luved it! it was great. With each turn of the page something new happened that kept me on edge and not wanting to put the book down. I love Christopher Pike. He and Lois Duncan are my two favorite teenage novelists. There style is so similar and yet so different. This truly was one of Pike's greatest masterpieces. I'm looking forward to reading his Remember Me trilogy.

5.0 out of 5 stars DON'T MISS THIS BOOK, November 22, 1998

I loved this book and you should too. After reading The Party you'll want to jump up and buy this one. Christopher Pike puts so many twists and turns you'll be on the edge of your seat until the end. You'll never expect the ending. Don't miss any of the Final Friends series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Billiant, man, October 4, 1999

Catch your breath and don't even dare to breath! I think this book is fabulous. It is the continuation of the bood, Final Friends #1-The Party and will lead you to book 3-The Graduation. I recommend to the ones who have read book 1 or those who are Christoper Pike's fans. You'll know what "a good writer" is all about after reading this book!

2.0 out of 5 stars A tad better than the last but still ehhh..., January 19, 2012

After reading the first one I was hoping that "The Dance" would pick up with a bit more mystery, action, plot... Anything at all! This series goes absolutely no where until the last 20 pages of each book! The rest is worthless and boring filler that is completely irrelevant to the story line!

Granted this one was a bit better than the last but all the deaths could have been accidents, or suicide, or old age! Nothing has been proven that a murderer even exists and being about 450 pages invested into this series a little action or plot development would be nice

I suppose I'll skim through the final book to appease a mild curiosity to who the murderer, if one indeed exists, is! My advice would be to skip this series completely! Pike has some brilliant books in publication such as The Last Vampire, See You Later, Monster, Master of Murder, Whisper Of Death, Bury Me Deep, and Remember Me! Try one of those instead! They are truly brilliant!

4.0 out of 5 stars Better then the first, May 17, 2005
This review is from: The DANCE FINAL FRIENDS 2 (Mass Market Paperback)
The second book was better then the first. It had kmore happen. It also revalved alot around Alices Death, and Jenifer and the homecoming. Then Marie got hert. I think she had no reason though to be mad at Jenifer.

5.0 out of 5 stars It was a great book!, July 18, 1999

This review is from: The DANCE FINAL FRIENDS 2 (Mass Market Paperback)
I absolutely loved this book! I have read the whole series and I think these books are still my favorite even after all of his other books I have read. Christopher Pike is definately a great author! He keeps his readers in suspense which is exactly what he does in this book. He leaves just enough mystery at the end to make you rush to a bookstore right away to get the last enstallment! I loved the book!
