This was an absolutely fantastic concert, i.e. David Gilmour Live at Gdansk.
I wouldn't have gone out of my way to find it had I not seen large excerpts of it on TV (cable) in 2009. The DVD however appears to have substituted artistically and musically important sections of that Live Gdansk concert with section of others (and studio videos) that pale by comparison; and I felt cheated having purchase it.

If you like Pink Floyd,you will hate this DVD.Of the 15 songs Gilmore plays,only 1 is a Floyd song.His solo career is not that good to do something like this.I think Waters and Gilmore should stick to only Pink Floyd songs.Now that Richard Wright passed away.Legally there has to be at least 3 members of the original Pink Floyd for it to be called "Pink Floyd".So there would have to be a Waters;Gilmore reunion for this to happen.Overall I would rather see Roger Waters,even though his voice is gone.He still plays a great bass.

My husband loves Pink Floyd and I can't say that I'm not fond of them either! It was our kind of music back in the day! The DVD is awesome and the CD's are great to take with you!
Would recommend this to anyone who likes Pink Floyd!
