Well, this was a wasted $23.00. The delivery was extremely quick; looked fine unwrapped, WAS fine; unwrapped, as far the frame itself went (even though I realized afterward that the hanging accessories were not included, and the frame had no hanger attached), but the big problem was the plexiglass itself. It had a big, unavoidable manufacturing smear flaw in the middle of it, rendering it unuseable. As the other reviewer noted, trying to repackage this stuff and return it (even if they accept it as their fault - how do I prove it?) is useless. So the best resort is this forum, to pass on this experience - please, buyer beware. If you do need this sort of product, it might be wiser to actually visit a Targets or K-Mart, etc. The return will be easier.

I just received this product, opened it and was in SHOCK(and horror). Did you plan on hanging whatever it is you're framing? YOU CANT, theres a paper backing that no nail could hold up. Tongs hold it in place(and rip your photo/poster up) and the BADLY painted black exterior is chipping!

I received the picture frame in a favorable timely manner.
But - days after I had thrown away the shipping materials - when I went to mount the picture I had intended for the frame, I discovered the plexi-glass is broken.
To return the item is too inconveneint.
I wish I had a new and perfect plexiglass for the frame!
