Product Description

An ultra-fine layer of EXP Coating is bonded to the phosphor bronze outer wrap wire, which is then wound onto the hex-shaped core wire. The result is a built-in barrier against the corrosion and wear that can quickly sap the life out of your strings. EXP coated phosphor bronze bass strings have a natural round wound feel and sound fresh with a new string tone that lasts three to four times longer than traditional guitar strings.

These strings sound great, play well, and they even coated the B and high E strings for added durability throughout the set.
They were packaged well, I would not hesitate to buy another set..or four.
String wear is minimal (relatively speaking), and the tone is good for a coated string, meaning it won't sound as good as a normal set, but will sound good twice as long.
A good value, because they are half the price of Elixir's, and the play, sound, and look just as good.

These break a little less than Elixir so they last longer, they sound just as good, and bought in bulk they're half the price. Plus, the place I got them from threw in like 50 decent picks for free.
