This Elderflower Fruit Syrup mixed with water tastes so much like the elderflower drinks I enjoyed in Europe.

No "high-fructose" corn syrup, artificial preservatives, or any of the other crap that American food companies customarily put into their product. Just water, elderflowers, sugar, and citric acid (a natural preservative). It tastes like Grandma's back in Austria. I don't think there is another product in the US that is comparable.

My relatives in Switzerland make this water with the flowers and it is so refreshing. I add this syrup to seltzer to make the closest version I can to the real thing!!

I haven't had elder syrup in well over 20 years. I could never find it in any store and missed it terribly. As a child in Europe I LOVED juice made from eldar syrup. My mother used to make the syrup and we'd mix it with water and it was the most delightful treat I can remember! This syrup tastes just like it! I am so happy d'arbo makes it and that it can be found on amazon! This is an excellent product... It's the real thing

This Elderflower Fruit Syrup mixed with water tastes so much like the elderflower drinks I enjoyed in Europe. I am so glad it is available online because I cannot find it in stores locally. I will be ordering it from Amazon again. D'Arbo makes a wonderful product; I'm so glad I found it.

I like this form (the syrup) more than the bottles of elderflower that are ready to drink. The syrup is wonderful mixed with Perrier water that has a touch of lime. I also prefer the syrup because I can use it in other ways as well (e.g. on pancakes, ice cream, etc.) I have yet to serve this to anyone that did not like it.

This brings back memories of my European childhood, putting on plays in the garden and my mother bringing this cool and fragrant libation for the sweaty actors. We did not have air conditioning (still don't) or Coca Cola so this was as good as it gets. Still is.

This is exactly the product I found in Germany to make a drink I had in Berlin called "Dolce Vita". It's now my signature drink when company comes.

My wife loves elderflower martini's. We initially tried elderflower liquore which was quite good but expensive so we decided to try this as an alternative. Personally I prefer the liquore and will probably return to using it instead of this. However, if you are looking for an elderflower taste or essence without a lot of alcohol, this is probably better.
