5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for application
The item came nicely packaged with no frills and was easy to open. I needed a way to split power from my lead wire and this not only did that but was easy to mount on the back of my seat and seems to be of very solid construction. For the price you really can not get a better power splitter. I recently purchased another just to divide up my ground wires for my...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not the same as pictured or described.
The block I received was not the same as the picture or as described. The block itself is the same size, shape and setup as the one pictured, but it has two 0 gauge ins and four 4 gauge outs. The packaging is also mislabeled as one 0 gauge and six 4 gauge, so please take this into consideration when purchasing. The block still works for my application though, so I can't...

The packaging is also mislabeled as one 0 gauge and six 4 gauge, so please take this into consideration when purchasing. The block still works for my application though, so I can't really complain. It may not work for yours though if you are looking for six 4 gauge holes.

3.0 out of 5 stars advertised to take a 1/0 awg in and six 4 awg outs, not true., January 22, 2011

The distribution block is advertised to take one 1/0 awg in and six 4 awg outs, this is not the block that I was sent it actually takes 2 1/0 in and four 4 awg outs. which will still work fine for my system. Other than the mis-print in the product description it is a really nice product.

1.0 out of 5 stars I knew what I was getting, but wasn't expecting this terrible build quality, September 28, 2011

This review is from: DB Link NGB04 0 AWG In/ (6) 4 AWG Out Distribution Ground Block with Clear Heat Resistant Plastic Housing (Electronics)
From the other reviews, I had known its not 1 0gauge in and 6 4gauge out. Which is no problem, as I had only needed a few splits. Mine came alittle different- 1 2gauge in, 2 0gauge, and 4 4gauge. Looks just like the picture actually. Still, no big deal. Still would work with my application.

BUT! Heres what killed it, and explained this cheap POS price tag. Keep in mind, i bought this new on amazon. Opened the package, and the bottom of it was scratched. I'm thinking, no big deal, right? Well....Then we go to connection the 0 gauge wire, and the screw terminal stripped? Ended up, half of the connections stripped theirselves out on the
'gold' part. Not the terminal screw, but the block hole itself. Apparently, is some cheap metal. Have NEVER had this problem with any other distribution block kit. This isnt the kind of stripping that an ameteur makes. Its more so one, that the materials are so shoddily made, you can't tighten anything up the way it needs to be. Who wants the risk of live bare wires?

Thought it was just my kit. A co-worker of mine bought one the same time I did for his own install, and had the same issue as I, except that all of the terminal holes stripped.

This review is from: DB Link NGB04 0 AWG In/ (6) 4 AWG Out Distribution Ground Block with Clear Heat Resistant Plastic Housing (Electronics)
this is a great distributor especially if your running multiple amps. it take 0 gauge wire so you dont have to run a smaller wire and lose power. cause as you know the thicker the wire the further the power travels.

(2) 0 gauge in, (4) 4 gauge out or something like that. Not as described here or on the box but I knew that by reading reviews beforehand....good product otherwise.

THIS IS NOT 0 Awg

This is a grate product and is a god send how ever it is not 0 awg it is how ever 2 awg going in and has 1. 2 awg output and 4. 4 awg outputs so knowing that if it will work for your system then you can't find a better one yet alone for the price
