Before you start using the headset, please use the USB charge cable to charge it first.
Pairing, press the power button of the headset for 10 seconds or longer until you see the blue-red light blinking alternately or hear a beep.
Make sure you turned on the bluetooth on your phone, search headset model on it. (The headset support the laptop which with built-in bluetooth adapter or inserted in a third party bluetooth adapter).

Great listening

I use this earpiece with my iPad air ,to avoid disturbing others. It functions very well and allows lots of freedom to move around (with the Bluetooth feature). Also, the sound is great with music. Needless to say, the service, selection, and free shipping were all great, through Amazon!

Good sound but a pain to get it connected to your phone

The instructions aren't very clear about the connecting it to your phone part. The instructions say, "Press the power button of the headset for about 5 seconds until you see the blue-red light blinking. Search the BT device on your mobile phone..." What the instruction didn't say was that you need to hold down the power button while it does the blue/red light thing as you scan your phone to find the headset in order for your phone to realize it's there. Also, the name of the device is simply the number on the sticker up front. It doesn't show the brand or anything like that. Mine was S---, and that's the name that shows on the list. There is no special model number, even on the back of the packaging. Otherwise, it's working great so far, I'm just curious on how strong the wrap around clips are going to be. I'm going to test it out today or tomorrow at the gym while i work out on the treadmill. I will write an update.

Great music sound quality

I have only been using this Bluetooth for 1 day now but love it. I work in an office and am on my cell phone a lot for business purposes.

For calls: This device paired with my iPhone 5 on the first attempt. I can hear people perfectly clear. The only thing I don't like is, when I am receiving a call the Bluetooth tells me the person calling's number. It would be better if it told me their name. I don't know anyone's number. They are just programmed into my phone. I only had one person say I sounded a bit muffled. Everyone else could hear me just fine.

For music: I love that it comes with a second earbud that plugs into the Bluetooth. I can listen to my music in stereo. The cord connecting it is just the right length to not get in the way or be annoying. Sound quality is great. The only thing is, the earbud that attaches is a bit louder than the Bluetooth speaker. After about a minute, I couldn't even notice the difference, just when I first started.

Overall: This is a great little product for calls and listening to music. It is much more comfortable then some of the more expensive Bluetooths I have had over the years. I use the included earloop, but it also comes with 2 in-ear rubber covers. Some people like those more. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I liked so much, it is ideal for calls

I used this product with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and it worked very good, the sound is great and the design is comfortable and nice. It is ideal for calls while you are driving your car, you can move in all directions and the device keep working good, and you can listen to music too. I liked so much this device and I recommend to others.

Quite a Bang for the Buck

I don't know where to begin with the surprise I had with this item. It has a stronger sync rate with my phone than my Motorola earpiece, It has higher quality sound, and voice recognition compared to my Motorola. On average 48/50 times the voice recognition got it on the first try, on my other one it's 40/50. The ingenious Idea of a second earpiece that connects and allows you to listen to your music in stereo is both simple and effortless to work with. The life span of the earpiece is for me using it constantly (Blaring Metal Music at close to max volume) 4 1/2 - 5 hours, and when I just use it for answering calls occasionally the battery lasts long enough that it never died before I made it home. Be careful switching the gummy piece that fits in your ear though, I almost ripped the earpiece in two, but it held together and everything went right back afterwards. Standard charge time (from dead to full) is about 2 1/2 hours, and I really like the light up plastic piece. Overall I find this product superior to the Name brand Motorola earpiece I spend $40 on.. And if it does break on me, I will get another one.

Well the headset didn't keep the charge it promised, ...

Well the headset didn't keep the charge it promised, I'm in the gym for 2-3 hours at a time on a daily bases. The headset said it would hold a 4 hour charge, I'm into mh workout, about an 1.5 my headset goes out, plus it kept losing the connection from my G3 phone.

This bluetooth comes with two earbuds and an over-the-ear-clip. The smaller earbud and the ear clip both fit perfectly...not too tight, not too loose. It is also very light weight and I forget I have it in my ear at times. The sound quality is excellent and it has noise-cancelling. This is a great value for the money.
