I bought 3 of these. I've had these arbors for about a year now. They are very attractive. They seem to be holding up well. They get VERY hot in the summer and did fine through the winter. The instructions were a little sketchy, but I managed to figure them out. The quality as a whole is pretty good,though on one of them the leg seam was poor and there were a couple holes. I didn't really care.

This arbor is really a nice size for the price. It's plenty tall and wide to use as a real entry gate. The finish is much more bronze color than the picture. The down side is the powder coat finish is really thin, and several areas were scraped off during the shipping process as they used super thin plastic to wrap the arbor. The main complaint is that after two weeks outside, and one rain, all the welded joints are already rusting. A minor cosmetic thing now, but makes us worry as to how long the arbor with hold up a couple of years from now.

We bought two of these and just put them in our yard. Easy to assemble, very pretty brown color and light enough to move. The only slight issue was that the gates on one of them didn't line up to close easily. We took care of that by tapping on the prongs that hold the gates sides on to the arbor. This is a fantastic purchase for the money and it nice because it is tall and wider. I would include a small bottle of touch-up paint however. Brookstone had free shipping on something this size- a plus!

The product was better than expected. The quailty, fit and finish, and ease of assembly seems more like this piece was $400-$500. But was about half that amount. Delivery was on time and it is a perfect fit for the entrance of our rear garden. It was packaged well, no damage. It only took about 45 minutes to assemble. Very easy. The color is a darker bronze that goes well with brown or black items. I feel that the strength is more in the medium range. Lighter vines and flowers will do well. Heavier, woody vines like wisteria may be a little heavy over time with this unit. However, it looks VERY good alone, without anything growing on it! I will absolutly order from this service and company again. HAVE FUN !!!

I was looking for an attractive gated arbor for an entrance way from the road to my back yard and came across this arbor. Wow, it's beautiful and reasonably priced. THEN... I looked at what the company (not Amazon) was charging for shipping. $155.00 bucks. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! What, does this thing way as much as a bulldozer? You should be able to ship this thing, even from China, for about $40 bucks.

So, needless to say (but I will) I would not even consider purchasing from this provider. Ridiculous, really, ridiculous.

I hope I hear from the shipper, I would really like to give them an ear full. Crummy business model and obviously no one with any shipping experience in the front office.
