Excellent product, fit's well together with all pieces present. Appears to be substantial and well made. Highly recommended. Was half the price at Amazon compared to what I could have gotten it for locally............Pete L.

We received the pergola about five days earlier than expected. It was packaged well, all the parts were there and it was fairly easy to put together. The quality was fair. Definitely not high end and the welds were rough, the paint job was fair but not perfect. The instructions were poor , but what I have expected from items made in China. The price through Amazon with free shipping at $209 was from $150 to $250 cheaper than anyplace else. I am happy with the item for a small grape pergola. We'll have to wait and see how it holds up, but for the money it is a good item that looks great in the back yard.

This item arrives on time, and material seems to be pretty rugged, the only problems is the precision of those screw holes, some are not exectlay aligned, took some effort to force the screww in place. Good luck

Found this product for less on other sites, but they thought it weighed over 200 lbs and wanted an additional $250 to ship it. Amazon was only $30 more and included free shipping. It arrived as expected -- it weighs 75 lbs! It had more individual parts than I expected, but assembly was generally straightforward and instructions were good. Only problem was that the holes in the seat to mate with the corner posts didn't match well with the spacing of the posts if the side grates were already in place. Had to nearly disassemble the side grates from the posts to get the seat holes to line up well enough to put the screws in. Once assembled it is very sturdy. It seems to have a good finish, and be quite robust. It is mostly acting as an arbor for two rapidly growing wisteria vines, but so far it is holding up well -- though it's only been in place for about 2 months.
