This is a most beautiful bench with the lighthouse back. The quality is good and it sits comfortably. We are enjoying this purchase - it is a must for someone with a small area or has a love of lighthouses. Well packaged for a safe delivery.

Invisable bench
After ordering I was told it was damaged in shipment and being returned to the shipper. I tried and tried to communicate after that as to where it was. I never heard a word and after a month Amazon suggested I cancel and reorder elsewhere. I did that, Amazon communicated, telling me the charges had been credited to my card. I ordered elsewhere. Unfortunately it was also...

After ordering I was told it was damaged in shipment and being returned to the shipper. I tried and tried to communicate after that as to where it was. I never heard a word and after a month Amazon suggested I cancel and reorder elsewhere. I did that, Amazon communicated, telling me the charges had been credited to my card. I ordered elsewhere. Unfortunately it was also damaged by FedEx ground. It had been drop shipped by the manufacturer. They were most helpful in either replacing the bench or providing replacement parts for the original. Brookstone did not do themselves well by me but I use Amazon because of the way they take care of purchasers.
