This villain's debut came in a 1952 issue (#184) of Detective Comics. It's always awesome to acquire one of the more obscure characters in this scale. This airborne arsonist measures 6.75" tall. Adding the jet pack increases this height to 7.25" with an 8.75" wingspan. He now becomes very tippy so you will need to pop a stand (not included) into that right foot.

This sculpt of pyromaniac Garfield Lynns is excellent. The golden bug-eyed visor really grabs the attention, and the helmet is also equipped with a small antenna & wrap around breathing apparatus. He appears to be wearing a basic black wrinkled fireproof jump suit that is highlighted in grey & yellow. This yellow has a dirty look almost like smoke or soot.

Over this is an impressively detailed flight harness. It starts at the front sternum & extends with two large support braces over the shoulders into the main dual-vented backpack. This exo-skeleton continues down both legs, connecting at the side hips, the hinged & padded knee braces, finally ending in stirrups around the feet. Flight stabilizers at the rear thigh wrap tubular around the front shins. There are buckled straps everywhere.

The left gantlet has the knuckle mounted "fire balls" weapon. There are four gold, red & black incendiary canisters connected at the abdomen, with two round silver grenades at his right side. Completing this offensive artillery is a long silver & black flame thrower that connects via flexible rubber tubing into a notch at the center back plate. The right hand is molded to receive the triggering grip.

This is also where you will pop-in the twin jet-packs. Each side support is composed of a large riveted wing, fin stabilizer, turbine, main thrusters, and two corrugated hoses.

DC Collectables is known for not having a lot of articulation but this Firefly figure is very stiff and the wings have a habit of falling off. it is incredibly detailed and very accurate to the game.

I really like the sculpt of this 6.75 inch figure. The paint apps and sculpting is really well done and appears to have step out of the Arkham Origins video game. The articulation is limited, so it's not very poseable, but will look great if you have a figure flight stand or fishing line to display as though it were flying. The flame thrower doesn't stay snug in the hand and will fall out unless you spend some time positioning it just right.

This is great for fans of the video game, action figures and those who just want to flesh out their Batman's villains gallery with an obscure character like Firefly.

It looks great, but we have had THREE of these - the left leg on the first two broke off when attempting to move it. This has been a problem with DC Collectible action figures across the board - apparently, there are not suitable for "action."

As I do LOVE this one, I have some issues here.. The Wings keep falling off and when trying to put them back on in their slots.. the fire drum falls off! As much as I LOVE to collect and remove from the boxes (I know that's a no no) BUT I want to enjoy what I have been collecting. The Detail, the Look and the Overall appearance of Firefly is what makes this in my opinion, A MUST HAVE BUT Best kept in its package.

The toy shows great detail but it is brittle and it breaks very easily, not made for a kid to play with.... also the wings don't stay put they fall off as soon as you move the toy. this is an expense toy for the cheap material they used to build it... I am very disappointed. the only reason I kept it is because I bought the toy for my 7 year old for Christmas and he believes santa brought it so therefor it cannot be returned. I actually had to return the first one after my son open it as he find out the problem with broken wings and the new one that arrived has the same issues.... I also got him the batman and has the same problems parts fall apart very easily and is brittle too.... to bad because I actually like how well detailed are the characters and armament they have.... My son still wants me to get him Bane which I am hesitant to expend that much $$ for a toy that does not last....
