got this product for my son, 15min later batmans head fell off, then same day robins foot comes off. next day batgirl's hand falls off!!! this product is so cheap.

I had the exact same experience as the review I just read! I gave this set to my son and in ONE DAY Batman's head came off, Robin's leg broke off, and both of Batgirls arms came off. We were SO disappointed as this was his big Christmas present. I wasted $50.00 plus shipping. It did not say "not a toy" or "collectors set" anywhere, and the action figures have moving joints so it seems they are to be played with. They all broke within a day.

DO NOT BUY THIS TOY FOR KIDS! Three of the figures broke within 10 minutes of our 5 year old son playing with them. Batman's head came off. Robin's foot came off. Batgirl's arm came off. These are collectors items and not meant to be handled by children.

I purchased this set because my soon to be 5 year old daughter LOVES Batman and Robin (especially Robin). I chose this because it include 5 characters, one of them being Batmite, which I have not seen anywhere else by itself. The figures are beautifully made and the presentation is wonderful! I am sure that she will love it and play with these characters for years to come. Additionally it comes with a beautifully illustrated book with stories about all 5 characters! I would just like to add that the cost is a little pricey, but its like paying $10.00 per character, plus you get the book. I think it's a nice deal! Thank you!

These are rare action figures they are kinda fragile but they are in good quality

these are not for being played with these are more for collection.

My mother, son and husband (all HUGE Batman fans) all thought this was great. So I guessed mom picked a winner.

This set was really wonderful for my son. He loves Batman and wanted a "Robin" in his set. We couldn't find another Robin so we bought this complete set. The action figures are a good size, have great articulation, are well-constructed, and seem durable. After months of play, some of the color is rubbing off the characters he plays with the most but, overall, it was a great set. It is too expensive but may be a collector's item for some.

This set is perfect for COLLECTORS and is meant only for COLLECTORS and children who aren't rough on their toys. The figures are just wonderful replicas of batman and the others back in the early days. I would highly recommend this set for COLLECTORS. I would not however recommend this set for YOUNG CHILDREN and not because they break easily. They actually don't break easily if you know how to handle them properly. The only reason the figures probably broke so easily is because the children were too rough on them. The movable joints are the only parts that are suppose to move. If your child or children are rough on their toys then this box set isn't for them. I would get them figures from the DC Universe line. Remember...DC DIRECT ARE MEANT FOR DISPLAY NOT FOR ROUGH PLAY! Enough said! ^_^ Excellent Product!
