This was the only action figure my 4-year-old grandson requested for Christmas. We found and purchased several others for him (Green Lantern and a host of others whose names escape me now). Sent WRONG shazam figure
I ordered this figure for my husand. It was the final figure he needed to complete series 6 and the build a figure. I was so happy to see him open the box and was so diappointed to find the WRONG FIGURE. They didnt send the series 6 build a figure. They sent the shazam figure w the stand. When I called them to file a claim and get it exchanged they told me that amazon...

This was the only action figure my 4-year-old grandson requested for Christmas. We found and purchased several others for him (Green Lantern and a host of others whose names escape me now). These were all neatly wrapped and placed under the Christmas tree. He was slightly disappointed when the only action figure he desired was not under the tree on Christmas Day. I found Captain Marvel online for him, which arrived the week after Christmas. His disappointment immediately transformed to joy.

When I called them to file a claim and get it exchanged they told me that amazon posted their ad wrong! Well someone got the correct figure cuz they stated that in their review so which is it? Now I have to return the figure, wait for my refund, and then hope the other companies offering it dont run out!! I have nothing good to say about this whole situation. Its very poor taste to blame the company that is advertising for you. I wouldnt have even known about this company if Amazon wasnt advertising for them. I will not do business w entertainment earth again.
