So first time out on the boat... take my new $900 camera out to get some great underwater shots... Hop in the water, and blub blub blub... camera fills up with water! Not good... to make matters worse, Amazon provided no help with my attempts to repair the item.

They do not make better cameras than this, this is like the Ferrari or Lambergini of Underwater Cameras, equivalent or surpasses even a a Nikon D3s for underwater conditions!

So I proudly and excitedly open my new dive camera - SeaLife DC1000 Underwater Camera. I'm thinking about when my next window for a winter, north-coast scuba trip will open and I'll capture a leatherback or a whale or a monster ling and then..............Step #4 in the Quick Guide. "Insert Memory Card - sold separately"C'mon. The site might have noted that it comes without a memory card; I'm insulted that I wasn't even pitched one. Even a puny, 35-cent 10 MB memory card would suffice. I'm sure I can find one easily and nearby. But c'mon. |
