This is just what it looks like: A hammer with a bottle opener on the back. Good for a novelty gift (i got it for my dad for Father's Day), not so good for actually hammering nails. Obviously for $11 you're not expecting to build a house with it, but I suppose it could come in handy around the kitchen for hitting things/children.
