4.0 out of 5 stars Legal Steel Knuckes June 1, 2011

for tenderizing meat, this isnt the best thing to use. mostly because after pounding a piece of actual meat for a while the unusual way this pounder is held isnt the most comfortable for the hand. but the actual work of the tenderizing... it DOES work.

i got this as a gag prize for a good friend, because where this person lives, brass knuckles arent legal. but they really wanted one. so this did the trick. whether or not the friend will go out and pound someone with it.... i'll update my review if they do, and they tell me about the experience!

3.0 out of 5 stars Awesome looking decoration. January 29, 2013
Amazon Verified Purchase
I really love this tenderizer. The only reason for the 3 star rating is that I can't use it. I am a rather large guy but not huge by any standard. My fingers will not fit in the holes unless I plan to remove them, with a knife. I am considering machining them out to a slightly larger diameter. For reference my ring finger is a 10.5 and my thumb is a 13.
That being said, I will keep it as a decoration or for others use when making big meals.
It is awesome.

5.0 out of 5 stars Does the trick
Doesn't hurt your hand when using it. Does the job just like a normal meat tenderiser.

Just don't put it in the dishwasher as this will cause the item to tarnish.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!!!
I love my new meat tenderizer! The holes are big enough my husband can easily slip his fingers through. It has a decent weight to it so as not to feel cheap or breakable. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Pretty cool
I bought this for my wife to help her take out some frustration. It works like it should but there isn't much comfort. After about 3 or 4 poundings it starts to hurt to use.
