DCI I Am Not a Plastic Lid, Set of 2

I love my I Am Not A Paper Cup cup. The double walled design keeps my drinks warm and my hands cool. The comments and inquiries ("wow, where'd you get that!") alone would be worth the purchase. But it functions so well that this cup has turned me into a total DCi fan. I am now buying IANAPC cups for all my friends and family. TIP: the replacement lids fit terrifically on handled Starbucks mugs as well. Thanks for the great inovative product!!

Last year I purchased "I am not a paper cup" and was very happy with the way it looks, but very unhappy with the leaking situation many of you will be familiar with.
I purchased this little pack of extra lids on the off chance that my original lid was simply defective. The good news is I've been using the black lid for the past couple of days and I haven't had a single drip come out of the sides!

Very satisfied my purchase. It works better than the original and I have another interesting choice of color.

These lids are made a little thicker than the one that comes with the cup, but it still leaks!

My husband lost the original lid to my The Eco Coffee Cup, so I bought these hoping they would fit. The I Am Not a Plastic Lid fits on the The Eco Coffee Cup perfectly - maybe even better than the original. I washed it in the dishwasher as soon as I received it and never noticed a silicone smell or taste. I selected regular shipping thinking it would arrive in 5-6 days, but it only took 2 days.

Love the concept. Only thing I don't like is how it takes awhile before the smell of the plastic and taste is too apparant.

This lid does not fit the "We Are Happy To Serve You" ceramic cup. I was lead to believe that the DCI lid would fit the WAHTSY cup based on the suggested grouping that Amazon offers. Please note that the rating I gave is a reflection on Amazon's suggested grouping of the cup with the lid and not of the individual products themselves.

The circumferences of the WAHTSY cup and the DCI's lid are off by about half a centimeter. Although the lid sits nicely on top of the cup it does not form a seal around the cup's lip. Since the lid is silicone it is flexible enough so that you can push it down over the lip of the cup. however, this causes the lid to sink down into the cup about a centimeter and partially blocks the drinking hole (not to mention that it looks awkward and distracts from the overall design of the cup).

Just drill a tiny hole in the opposite end of the one in the lid. Make sure the hole you drill is clean and free of dangling bits of silicone. (You may want to get in there with a razor blade.) It'll work perfectly, then.

These lids fit just as perfectly as the original lid that came with the cup. I have not had the leaking problem that I have heard others complain about with either the original or these replacement lids. I have arthritic, clumsy hands and thanks to this cup and lid, I am no longer wearing more coffee than I am able to drink. lol

These perfectly fit I am not a paper cup, and are recommended for replacement lids.

I purchased a cup with a similar lid. It fits. It smells too. It is not a strong smell but it certainly says "Hello, I am coffee plus an unknown chemical. Enjoy breakfast my dear." Ick. I've heard that food-safe silicone should have absolutely NO odor. I am not sure that I will continue to use my new cup.
