I LIKE THE BOOK BECAUSE GRANDPA TRIES TO GUESS WHAT YEAR IT IS. I DON'T LIKE WHEN THE GRANDPA GETS NAKED AND DANCES. I LIKE THE PICTURES THAT DESCRIBES THE WRITING. I RECCOMMEND IT FOR YOUNGER KIDS

great for any time of year!,

i have read this to all 3 of my daughters (6,4,& will be 2 on christmas eve).they love the illustrations & the comical story. the book holds many little surprises & the author mentions some little-known holidays to the younger set. good way to sneak in a little informal history while holding the biggest surprise for the end!!
